Understanding our warranty coverage and refund terms

30-Day Warranty

All repairs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of service. This warranty:

  • Covers defects in parts and workmanship
  • Applies to the specific repair performed
  • Must be claimed within 30 days of the original repair date
  • Requires the original repair documentation

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after repair
  • Water damage
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Modifications by other repair providers
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair

Reporting Issues

Important Notice:

To honor the warranty, any issues must be reported within 30 days from the date of repair. After this period, Travis Tech will not be able to honor the warranty coverage.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Contact us immediately when you notice an issue
  2. Provide your repair ticket number
  3. Describe the problem in detail
  4. Schedule a follow-up appointment if needed
